Luxe Globes Gifting at the Luxe Hotel

What would the days leading up to the Golden Globes be without some celebrity gifting suites that showcase luxury products and services, while at the same time providing a nice atmosphere to get in the proper spirits for the show?

One especially well-attended event was held in the penthouse of Rodeo Drive’s Luxe Hotel, put on by the DPA Group’s Nathalie Dubois-Sissoko.
The three-day event hosted guests including nominee Don Cheadle, who went on to take the Globe for “House of Lies,” nominee Archie Panjabi (“The Good Wife”), star of the nominated film “The Intouchables” Omar Sy, presenter Dennis Quaid and Olympics gold medalist Gabby Douglas—among many others.
Products represented included the must-have reversible jeans by Bleulab, LVX vegan nail lacquer, jewelry and gowns by designer Cecilie Melli, red-carpet ready couture designs from Sherri Hill, Herzog Vineyards, Favorite Paris-New York handbags, Padina eyelash conditioner and eyelash extensions, Energetix magnetic jewelry, Raaw Juices, cosmetics and skincare from The All Natural Face, plush toys from BB Kiddo pets and healthy treats from Linwoods Natural Foods.

Much of the jewelry was sourced from Canada and made by artisans that Dubois-Sissoko learned of during her recent trip to the Toronto Film Festival. Their raw materials included sea glass and petrified wood—unique one of a kind items that made their new owners smile. Being beach/ocean people, we particularly appreciated the beauty and artistry of Brenda Reichel and her jewelry line, Tears of Glass Unique Sea Glass Designs, made with glass she recovers from the ocean near Inverness, Nova Scotia.
