Los Angeles-based Consumer Products Events is known for bringing eco-friendly, fashion-forward and cutting edge new products from savvy entrepreneurs and female-owned businesses to greater attention and success in the marketplace.

The company was started by consumer goods expert Alyson Dutch, and its successful track record of cool curation and matchmaking between products and press goes back 10 years in  both Los Angeles and New York.

So for its 10th anniversary in mid-April, the company hosted its LA event at RockSugar, one of the premier restaurants at the recently renovated – and totally fantastic– Westfield Century City shopping mall.

Among the brands on tap were Tom & Sheri’s Iron in a Bottle – an ingenious wrinkle-releaser spray that is plant-based and allows you to put away that ironing board forever. The product, which has been featured on QVC, The View and Good Morning America, has been a huge hit with busy professionals, travelers, parents – and anyone who doesn’t like wrinkled clothing or ironing. Creator Austin Eadaly improved on a concept originated by his mom.

Martinelli’s may have been around for more than 150 years but it’s on-trend with a brand-new product, a sparkling nonalcoholic blush which looks exactly like rose wine. It’s pressed from 100% American-grown fresh apples with just a hint of raspberry. It’s the perfect choice for the warm weather and will soon be available on grocery shelves.
