It’s a Slam Dunk for GBK & Sydenham’s Pre-ESPY Longevity Talent Lounge

The vibe was electric inside Beverly Hills’ new Sydenham Clinic on Bedford Drive as GBK hosted its pre- ESPY™ Awards Longevity Lounge the day before the big show Wednesday in Hollywood.

The all-day event brought together top athletes, celebrities, VIPs and influencers for a celebration focused on health, wellness and fitness in a celebratory atmosphere at the clinic, which features personalized concierge medical services.

The guest list included big names in the sporting world including ESPY nominees from the world champion Los Angeles Dodgers (Best Baseball Team) Hyeseong Kim and Ben Casparius, two-time nominee Ezra Frech, Noah Elliott, and Azzi Fudd.  Past ESPY winners Madison Chase and Jessica Long were also spotted along with previous nominee Samantha Bosco.

Others making the rounds were Super Bowl champion Braden Mann of the Eagles along with NFL legends Keelan Doss, Junior Colson, Jonathan Owens, and Ronnie Stanley, along with baseball star Logan O’Hoppe.  Olympian and Paralympian medal winners in attendance included Nick Itkin, Jamal Hill, Isaac Jean Paul, Mallory Weggmann, Courtney Ryan, Josie Aslakson, Christie Raleigh Crossley, and Fred Kerley.  Several WNBA stars also attended the lounge, including Hall of Famer Cheryl Miller, Sparks players Sania Feagin and Emma Cannon and Angel McCoughtry, along with NBA legend Byron Scott.

The world’s number one pickleball champ Anna Leigh Waters was there and so were Austin Shepard and Jayden Ashley from the hit series Love Island.

Invited guests were treated to a wide array of gifts from up and coming and established brands. No one went thirsty, as the unique beverages included Meta H20 and ultra-premium tequila Rodeo de las Aguas, along with wellness shots and coffee from RightMealz. Better U was also on-site, showcasing innovative telehealth treatments including ketamine therapy.

In keeping with the sports theme, Loungefly provided team-branded accessories like mini-backpacks and new footwear company UOVO showcased its new athletic shoes.

Other cool brands included Evercool sheets and comforters from Rest, The Sleep Spa by Hästens, a Swedish luxury bedmaker founded in 1852 and Sama Eyewear.

Guests also got a choice of delicious sandwiches from Ike’s, most named after sports stars.

Luxury travel experiences included a trip to Fiji from Raiwasa Villas, a three-day spiritual retreat at Siddhayatan in Texas presented by the nonprofit docuseries BALANCE, and an island escape to Turks and Caicos from Sailrock Resort.

GBK prides itself on giving back to the community, and its CEO Gavin Keilly has helped raise more than $10 million through the company’s lounges. This time, several nonprofits were on hand to raise awareness for their causes. They included the Luskin Orthopedic Institute for Children, which provides expert pediatric orthopedic care regardless of financial need; the Foundation for a Drug-Free World, the largest independent nonprofit drug education program globally; and Food on Foot, a nonprofit dedicated to offering meals, clothing, life skills training, employment, and housing support to low-income residents of Los Angeles.
